Refund policy

At Pintryx, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please read the details below to understand our return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by transit are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale items or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale merchandise

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (processing times vary by bank).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the damage

We will replace the item at no cost to you or provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pintryx is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Stolen from the delivery location

  • Provided with an incorrect shipping address by the customer

We encourage customers to use a secure delivery address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • There was an error on our part

We do not provide prepaid return labels except in these cases.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at:

Include your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for sending the product back.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
