This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, delivered, and handled. By placing an order with Pintryx (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Handling Times
We typically process and prepare orders within:
1-3 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Processing time does not include transit time.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take slightly longer.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Preorders
For items marked as preorder, processing and fulfillment times may be extended.
Preorder items are reserved upon purchase and will be prepared for shipment once inventory becomes available.
Estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Preorder items may require up to 20 business days for processing and fulfillment.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The items in your order

The selected shipping method
You will always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase, as required by Canadian and Québec consumer law.
We do not mark up shipping fees — these are carrier-calculated rates.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Your tracking number

The carrier name

A link to track your package
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays).
Once shipped, estimated transit times within Canada are:

Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days

Western Canada (MB, SK, AB, BC): 4–8 business days

Atlantic Canada & Northern regions: 3–7 business days
Estimated total delivery time:
3–11 business days (processing time + carrier transit time).
All shipments are sent via Canada Post and include tracking. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs inspections (if applicable), or remote delivery locations.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Pintryx is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to correct the address — contact us immediately at support@pintryx.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
Pintryx is not responsible for:

Stolen packages

Packages marked delivered but not found

Packages lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer
For lost or missing packages:

Verify the address used.

Check with neighbors or building staff.

Contact the carrier for investigation.
We will assist where possible, but carriers ultimately control delivery investigations.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pintryx.com with:

Your order number

Photos or video of the damage

Photos of the packaging
We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Claims filed after 7 days may not be eligible.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address

Refusal of delivery

Unclaimed packages

Failed delivery attempts
We will contact you.
You may choose to:

Pay for re-shipping, or
-
Receive a refund for the product (excluding shipping fees)
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid to the carrier.
Order Cancellation After Shipping
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
You may still return the item after receiving it (see our Refund Policy), but shipping fees will not be refunded.
Québec-Specific Disclosure
For Québec residents:

You will always see all fees, shipping costs, and total payable amounts before purchase, as required by the Consumer Protection Act (Québec).

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a legal guarantee unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy restricts rights granted under Québec consumer law.
