Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a preorder, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock but is on its way. Full payment is collected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our returns policy.
